Netchex will move it production facilities back to its headquarters in Mandeville, Louisiana
after business hours on September 4th. Note that we have moved to our new location -
1100 North Causeway, Mandeville, LA 70471. Clients that pick up payrolls at our office will
be able to resume this starting tomorrow.
On a personal note, I want to thank each one of our clients that continue to support our
business and recognize my associates' efforts to support you. Several Netchex associates
sacrificed family, homes and personal well being to support our processing and service
operations. While we recognize this is our responsibility, it makes me proud that our loyal
employees so quickly answer the call to execute in times of extreme difficulty. Our business
is much like yours - employees with small children, single family homes, associates that have
damage to their personal space, and responsibilities that reach beyond the workplace. Yet, they
all have a love for our culture and our vision and it is this that allows them to keep focused
on serving your needs.
We learn each time we go through these experiences. We will share ideas in the coming weeks that
can assist both you and us with future events like this. Overall, we rank this week as one of
our most successful in our business. We look forward to continuing to support your payroll needs.

Netchex moved its production facility from Mandeville, Louisiana to its back-up office in Monroe,
Louisiana on Saturday, August 30th in light of the projected path of Hurricane Gustav. All processing
and access to your payroll data remains the same through http://www.netchexonline.com.
During this period, clients that pick-up their payroll at our main location will need to contact us
for an alternative delivery method.
We have forwarded our main numbers - (985) 220-1410 and 1-877-729-2661 - to our back-up office.

We will update you as information related to the storm affects us and/or your processing.
NOTE - Delivery to impacted areas will be limited based upon access to the area by
Federal Express. We will update our website with this information as it becomes
available. Alternative delivery locations can be provided to us via email or a phone call
when processing.
To ensure successful communication between Netchex and your facility, we would like to remind
you that a client-level Emergency Contact screen is available in our application for you to
provide us with the best way to reach your company contact(s).
Located on the Main Menu under Maintenance -> Human Resources -> Contacts, you can
review/update your current information and/or add a new Emergency Contact record. Please
provide more than one company contact if available. Netchex will reference this information
should attempts to communicate with you fail at your normal location/phone.
